+We do not accept research students who spend a preparation period for
+the Master course exam.  We accept foreign students only as graduate
+students. If you wish to perform research in our lab, you need to take
+an entrance exam for the Master course of the Department of Intelligence
+Science & Technology, Graduate School of Informatics.~

+You do not need permission from professors for taking examination for
+the Master course.  If you pass the exam, you will be assigned to a
+lab based on your preference order and your exam score.~

+In case you have some plausible reason, we may (exceptionally) admit you
